Rusty Mitchell, Administrator

Rusty has been a Nursing Home Administrator for nine years and is a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). In addition, he has 17 years of experience working with developmentally disabled adults and children. Rusty has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Fine Art and a master’s degree in Elder Care Administration. He recently moved to West Virginia from Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and three children.

Teresa Barton, RD, Dietician

Teresa has been a registered dietician for 14 years and has been consulting with the geriatric population for the past six years. She previously worked at Winchester Medical Center as a Clinical Registered Dietician with specialties in nutrition support, critical care, oncology, and bariatrics. Teresa lives in Winchester with her husband and four children.

Wanda Cataldi, CDM, CFPP, Director of Food Services

Wanda is a certified Dietary Manager and has CFPP (Certified Food Protection Professional) qualification. She has worked in food service at homes for the elderly for over 30 years and received the 2003 Dietary Manager of the year award in Maryland.

Jackie Delawder, MDS Coordinator

Jackie has been a nurse for eight years, focusing her career in long-term
care facilities. She has experience working as a skilled nurse and a wound
nurse and has been in the MDS Department at Willow Tree for four years.

Jennifer Lane, ORT/L, Director of Rehabilitation

Jennifer graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She has spent most of her career in the inpatient rehabilitation setting, treating neurologically impaired patients recovering from stroke and brain injury. She worked at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital in Malvern, Pennsylvania, where she was the Occupation Therapy Stroke Advanced Clinician and Stroke Program Leader.  Jennifer has also worked in acute care, assisted living and skilled nursing facility settings, including Morningside House of Leesburg Assisted Living. She lives in Round Hill, Virginia with her husband and three children.
